In 2012 pension legislation is changing with the new regulation potentially affecting every employer within the United Kingdom. If as a business you employ one or more people then you are required within law to offer a Company Pension Scheme. Phase one of our service is to launch the new platform and encourage your members of staff to start using it. We can then start to talk to your employees in reference to cheaper cover with salary sacrifice.

Once the scheme has been uploaded and everyone’s details have been added we can start looking at the cost per employee on a monthly basis. As we are encouraging you and your employees to use the system, both of us can then monitor their activities through the audit trail.

We can, if you want upload your employer handbook and even make simple changes to it within the small amount you pay. Payslips do not need to be printed and posted as they are available online to each employee, saving your payroll department valuable time every month. You HR Team and Payroll team can work together with all of your data being held securely.
